The Guest Houses are located on the Isle of Skye in the village of Kyleakin close to the Skye Bridge and overlooking the sea and mountains. We are just 500 metres from the Skye Bridge and so are an excellent starting point for touring the Island.

If you are travelling by road then you should cross the Skye Bridge and turn left at the roundabout. We are then 500 metres on the right in the middle of the village of Kyleakin overlooking the water.
Inverness Airport
Inverness Airport is the nearest Airport and lies 2 hours east of Saucy Mary's Lodge. The options here are to hire a car and take the main A82/A87 road route or to take a bus/taxi into Inverness and link up with a bus to Kyleakin or train to Kyle of Lochalsh. If you come in by train you will need to get a bus or a taxi over to Kyleakin (5 mins). Allow 2.5 hours.
Glasgow Airport
The easiest way from Glasgow airport is to hire a car or go into the City to pick up a bus. Use our post code to guide you IV41 8PH. Allow 4 hours.
Edinburgh Airport
From Edinburgh your only option is train to Inverness unless you go over to Glasgow and pick up the bus from Buchanan Street Bus Station. Hiring a car you have to go up the A9 to Dalwhinnie and then cross over to Spean Bridge before joining the A82 or you can go to Crianlarich and pick up the A82 altogether. Allow 4-5 hours.
